- The evaluation is $350, flat. One fee covers your first two appointments, your initial set of labs, and a body composition analysis, and it ends with a follow-up appointment with your provider to review your labs and establish your treatment plan.
- Treatment prices are posted on every page, before you book. Questions? Our patient advisor can answer them when you book your consultation.
- Follow-up labs are billed separately. Your provider may recommend them based on your plan.
- We are a self-pay clinic and do not accept insurance. Coverage is not guaranteed, but we can provide the coded documentation you need to file a claim with your insurer yourself.
- We accept HSA and FSA accounts, cash, checks, and credit cards.

Care is led by Dr. Mike Catausan, MD, MSCP, our Owner and Chief Medical Officer, with menopause care led by a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and a nursing team that specializes in this work. Our providers include Erica Perez, DNP, APRN, our bilingual provider, who offers care to our Spanish-speaking patients as well.
