A three-time DAISY Award recipient, Hamisa is recognized for her empathy, professionalism, and dedication to helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to take charge of their health and well-being.

With over 15 years of nursing experience—most of it in emergency care—Holly brings strong clinical skills and compassionate support to her role at Hormone Treatment Center. After personally experiencing the benefits of GLP-1 therapy and achieving her own weight loss goals, she became passionate about helping others improve their health through hormone and metabolic treatments.

Sarah Elsworth, joined Hormone Treatment Centers in October 2024 and brings over five years of nursing experience in both civilian and military healthcare settings. She trained at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence and continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
